22 Feb Play Of The Day

Aqueduct Race 8

This race looks even easier for What A Pear than her last race. She seems to have the ability to place herself wherever she wants in a race and should sit right off a target. The likely target My Anguilla has lead change issues, young horses like this have trouble with two turns. What A Pear proved superior to Subprime last out opening up space on her in the lane. Driven By Passion looks too slow and the track has increasingly played to speed this week. The morning line favorite Pumpkin Shell benefited from a pace duel in a large field last out, I do not see the pace duel and the track will be tottally different and not as closer favoring as it was last time. Both Kiss and Fly or Lilly Of Paradise are outclassed here. What A Pear is a good play as the second choice

Win #3 What A Pear

What A Pair rolled home like she was 1-9 yet was the third betting choice. When you bet with tremendous confidence $6.80 is value as she was the easiest of winners.

It is always nice when smaller barns like Joe Parker's gets a nice horse like What A Pear.
